Exchanges

For exchanges, please print and fill out the exchange form. Once completed, place inside along with merchandised to be exchange. After we received it in our warehouse, our team will handle the exchange. You will not be charged any fee.

14 DAY RETURN POLICY

At Apparel Loop, our top priority is to provide the best possible service. We stand behind our products 100% and offer a 14 Day Return Policy on Tops, Pants, Hats and Footwear. You have two weeks after delivery to exchange or send an item back for a refund. If you receive a defective product, please contact us to resolve the issue, hassle free.

Include the original tags and original packaging. If the original tags and/or the original packaging are not returned you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Ship Your Package: Your refund will be processed we receive the merchandise in our warehouse. Returned merchandise must be unworn Apparel Loop is not liable for lost shipments and refunds are not guaranteed.

You must follow these instructions exactly. Failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. **Returns that do not have a return Form, will take longer to process.

Please allow up to 5 days from the date your return is delivered to us (International up to 6 weeks) and the Final Value Fee is credited back to our account for the refund to be issued. Refunds may take up to 72 hours depending on PayPal. If you haven't received your refund after it was issued by us, please contact PayPal.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS: We do not provide a return label, shipping is at your expense. We do not cover shipping costs back to us if the item does not fit or the item is not as you expected. If you are unsatisfied with an item because of one of these reasons, please contact the manufacture (brand) directly for complaints. We will accept it back for a refund or exchange. All refunds come with 15% restocking fee. Please contact us directly.
